For all of our customers, faculty, students, staff, administrators, trustees, alumni, parents, job seekers, vendors, and members of the community, the UMB Facilities Department is commited to:
- Providing quality service, in a positive and helpful manner
- Consulting our customers
- Communicating with timely, accurate and clear information
- Providing readily accessible services with:
- Telephone response within three rings between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm on normal work days
- Access after hours, on weekends, and on holidays via the Facilities Utility Plant Unit at extension 7-5480
- On-line access to request services and check on the status of requested work.
