The Facilities Department of the University of Massachusetts Boston is a service organization dedicated to the support and success of UMass Boston faculty, staff, students and the campus community. UMass Boston consists of ten buildings located on more than one hundred acres. Our responsibilities for these facilities include maintenance, operation and improvement of building, grounds and utilities systems; design and construction and energy management. We seek effective and innovative solutions to our clients' needs within the parameters of our resources. Our goal is to respond to our clients' facility and environmental needs with quality work and service that conforms to mutually acceptable requirements.
