Hi,

Beginning this Friday 6/27 for the next two weekends the campus center cleaning staff will be shampooing the carpet in your office wings.  Cleaning is expected to begin on Friday (6/27) and Thursday (7/3) night respectively and continue through Saturday night so there is enough time for the carpet to dry thoroughly by the next business day.  In an effort to accomplish this task and make it as effective as possible we are kindly asking your assistance/cooperation with the following

•  Please remove items that can be easily moved from the floor (i.e. papers/files, boxes, trash baskets and other miscellaneous items that you think may impede the carpet cleaning) as the cleaning staff will not move these items.

•  Please schedule weekend office visits accordingly as the carpet may be damp depending on when the carpet was shampooed.

•  Please forward this notice to your colleagues so they are aware.

Please see below for a schedule of the carpet cleaning, being done in two phases.  Please check the schedule to see which weekend your office carpet is being washed.  In the event time does not allow for all the listed carpet to be washed, we will reschedule accordingly.
